Is This You?
1. You have sought help before. This isn’t your first rodeo. You have visited the self help section in the bookstore many times, watched inspirational programs about healing on TV, been to workshops and presentations, tried traditional and alternative healing modalities. You have done a little of this…a little of that… but you aren’t exactly where you want to be. You have made some strides, but something is still bugging you, feels like something is missing or you are still facing difficult times.
2. You are not as happy as you want to be. You can fall anywhere on the happiness spectrum. You are completely down in the dumps or maybe you feel pretty happy most of the time, but would like to experience this inner bliss that you have heard of. What is this inner happiness that people talk about?
3. You know what you want in life, but you have know idea how to get there. It all seems like too much. You don’t know what to do, which road to take, let alone the first step.
4. You feel stuck. Stuck is stuck. Can’t see the forest for the trees or the light at the end of the tunnel. You are in quick sand and can’t move or a deer caught in headlights. You feel like you are in a pile of _____.
5. You are comfortable with the daily grind. You begin to accept that this is the way your life is going to be. You are a busy person, you don’t have time for anything else, but what you have to get done in your day. Wake up – have problems, go to bed- have problems, wake up next day with same stuff and repeat.
6. You have trouble breaking patterns of behavior. You know what steps you need to take to achieve your goals, but you just can’t seem to do it. You are in the same loop da’ loop everyday.
7. You feel some form of, “If only…(You fill in the blank here)…then everything would be okay.” Your life is pretty groovy for the most part, except this one thing….
